A short note on the data we receive when you send an enquiry.
What we collect
Name, email, required phone number, message (up to 300 characters), preferred contact (email, Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, or any of them), optional project type, and the language of the page — to reply to an enquiry. We also keep a short log of page views: IP, city, country, the page, language, time, browser/device, network, and how the visit reached the site (referrer or ads click id), to see who reached the site.
How it is processed
The form is sent to our mailbox. Delivery is handled by Web3Forms, with an email fallback if needed. Visit logs stay on Cloudflare. Page views are also measured with Google Analytics. We do not sell this data and do not add it to a newsletter.
How long we keep it
We keep the message as long as we need it to answer — and, if we work together, to run the project. Visit logs keep only the latest entries. You can ask us to delete this data.
